Questions and Answers

We'll ask from you a 25% advance-payment to block and reserve the date that you chose for your photo session. 
The remaining 75% is payable on the day of the photo/video session.

You may reschedule your date of photoshoot once - free of charge,  if requested at least 72 hours (3 days) before the booked date.  If you reschedule again the 2nd time or more,  we shall keep the 25% advance-payment and cannot be refunded.

Cancelling or rescheduling your photoshoot  in less than 72 hours (3 days) will make your advance-payment not-refundable, since we have already reserved and blocked that date exclusively for you, and cancelling it at the "last minute" will mean loss of revenue for our photographer or videographer.

YES.  Editing of photos or video is already included in the package that you avail.
The photos or video that will be delivered to you will be professionally edited.

FOR PHOTOS:  Your finished photos will be uploaded to a private online GALLERY, which we specially set exclusively for you, where you could VIEW, SHARE and DOWNLOAD your pictures from anywhere in the world and at anytime with a password that will be given to you.  The gallery can also be viewed by your family and friends if you chose to.

FOR VIDEOS:  Your finished video will be uploaded to a secured email delivery app, which we specially set exclusively for you, where only you can DOWNLOAD the video from anywhere in the world.

Your professionally edited photos and video will be available to DOWNLOAD:
within 30 days - if It's in peak season;  
within 23 days - if there are only a few clients in queue.
