QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

1. What are the payment terms?

We'll ask from you a 25% advance-payment to block and reserve the date that you chose for your photo session.
The remaining 75% is payable after the photoshoot is complete.

2. What are the policies for cancellation and rescheduling?

You may reschedule your date of photoshoot once, free of charge, if requested at least 72 hours (3 days) before the booked date. If you reschedule again the 2nd time or more, we shall keep the 25% advance-payment and will not be refunded.

Cancelling or rescheduling your photoshoot in less than 72 hours (3 days) will make your advance-payment not-refundable, since we have already reserved and blocked that date exclusively for you, and cancelling it at the "last minute" will mean loss of revenue for our photographer(s).

3. Is the editing of photos already included in the service I paid for?

YES. Editing of photos is already included in the package that you avail.
The photos that will be delivered to you will be professionally edited and enhanced.

4. How will the photos be delivered?

Your finished photos will be uploaded to a secure GALLERY, which we specially set exclusively for you, where you could VIEW and DOWNLOAD your pictures from anywhere in the world and at anytime with a password that will be given to you.

5. When will you deliver the finished photos?

Your polished and finished photos will be available to VIEW and DOWNLOAD from the Photo Gallery:
within 14 days - if It's in peak season;
within 8 days - if there are only a few clients in queue.
